Dine By the Vines - August 28th, 2021

SOLD OUT! Come join us for our FIRST EVER Gelfand Vineyards Winemaker's Dinner to help christen the newly renovated barrel room!  We've gone all out and brought on one of Paso Robles' best chefs, Ryan Swarthout, to create the experience. With only 40 total spots open, we'll dine in the barrel room with our normal intimate experience! This five-course dining experience will feature amazing dishes paired with Gelfand Vineyards favorite wines!  Reservations are first-come, first-serve. 

Saturday, August 28th, 2021, 5-8pm at the Gelfand Vineyards Estate

The menu includes:

  • The starter - Passed hors d'oeuvres prior to seating overlooking the vineyard from below

  • 2nd Course - Appetizer: Hot Smoked Salmon with Chorizo Cornbread Pudding with Red Wine Mustard Sauce and Leek Ash
    • Paired with the 2018 Zinfandel
  • 3rd Course: Lamb Ragu Pappardelle with Saffron Ricotta, Gremolata and Micro Greens
    • Paired with the 2018 Petite Sirah
  • 4th Course - Entree: Coffee-Ancho Chile Sauce Braised Short Ribs with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Mixed Baby Carrots
    • Paired with the 2019 SFR
  • 5th Course - Dessert: Chocolate Cherry Pavlova filled with Chocolate Cream and Cherry Compote
    • Paired with the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

Cost - $125 per person. Vegetarian option available by request prior to event (must request by August 14th, 2021). No refunds as this experience requires pre-booking of menu by Gelfand Vineyards.
